The hotel is in a fantastic location! You can easily walk from it to any of the major sites in Praha and find your way back just as easily. Nice breakfast too.
We(are a couple) and asked when booking for a double bed not a twin but still ended up with two singles pushed together, not ideal for a honeymooning couple. We also had a leak when it rained heavily(luckily only one night out of our three) straight onto one of our beds, they could not move us to another room and could only offer us a single room in another hotel. Not really ideal at 11pm at night. In the end after a small argument they gave us our money back for that night but with no apology. All in all we would still recommend this hotel for its value and location though.

Cosy hotel near pedestrian street and metro. In breakfast I missed green salad, tomatoes and so on..

A breakfast not to miss
Waking up to a good breakfast spread was a treat! The location was superb, just a stone's throw from tram lines and vibrant eateries.
Our room faced the bustling street, a bit noisy during the nights. The air conditioning struggled at times, leaving us slightly uncomfortable in the heat.

Location is unbeatable, a 20min taxi ride from the airport, just around the corner from the Old Square, in the lively and hip neighbourhood of Josefov. Lovely breakfast area. Breakfast itself was good. Room was small but clean. Possible to leave your bags for the day after check out.
Aircon worked too well; the small room was icy after a few hours. However it became hot and stuffy after we turned off the aircon. Noises from the hallway (late night guests returning) were quite loud, to be expected in an older building.

Quirky clean property, it has super-friendly and extremely polite staff at our check-out. The property is based in the middle of the town...

Unique room designs, Complimentary luggage storage service, High water pressure in bathrooms
Noise concerns from surrounding nightlife can disrupt sleep!!! Poor ventilation in bathrooms. Limited accessibility due to stair layout could pose challenges for some guests!!!

The location and confortable bed
Small room and bad design of the shower, which make the toilet full of water after taking shower

The location
Nothing to say about the hotel itself, but the "service" provided by Booked.net could have been better.... I am still not sure I won't be charged twice for my stay there....

The room was definitely not the splendid space I imagined, just old and drab, and the stairs? A personal affront to my luggage! Woudl it have killed them to help? It's like my special requests evaporated into thin air, and honestly, who doesn't expect at least a complimentary gesture for such fails? Absoluteley disappointing.

Excellent location, very close to everything we wanted to be close to. Staff were helpful and attentative.
There was no lift in the section of the hotel we were allocated to, and carrying heavy luggage felt a bit of a struggle, since I was on a 3rd floor, my parents are elderly, and there was no bellboy to help for that kind of job. Breakfast was not at the level and standard expected for a 4* hotel.

Hotel is not huge, but very suitable and has exellent location, only 2 minuties to the Old Square. The rooms in the hotel are really clean and warm in the cold season. Stuff is very friendly. I like that hotel has restorant in the first floor. There is traditional czech food.
no comments, it is good hotel
